Les Ambassadeurs is an exclusive club located in a fine old building, and is a millionaires haunt. Business Class membership is £25k a year, so this is not a casino that you can walk in off the street in a pair of jeans and trainers (clean though they may be). The club has been in Hamilton Place since the fifties, and has an international reputation for indulgence. One unique and very rare feature is the alfresco gaming and smoking area, something perhaps the chains should try to emulate. The interior however has a contemporary not classical styling which is out of step with its pillared exterior. As you would expect, the casino does have a concierge, and the casino will do its best to make it as comfortable as it can for members, which includes making restaurant reservations and more. If you’re well-heeled, this is the place to go.
