Went for a cup of tea at half time and tea machine was switched off and kitchen closed then you had dean calling we love him but he can’t call

my friend and my self attend this bingo club at least twice a week, today and on monday, tea machines at the bar were not working AGAIN, today at the bar none were working, i went to the other one put my money in and got half a cup of warm water. We are really getting fed up with this, no one seems to care, i fact to day when we mentioned it some of te staff just smiled, no i think its about time a manager sorted this out, now several rows of the boards arent working , thats been ongoing for at least 3 weeks, what is happening here, do we need to contact an area manager, to get things sorted, i would be grateful of some answers please, not by email but by post if possible, thanking you, mr r crouch, 71 newhaven heights, newhaven sx bn9 9he.
