I have contacted Meccas 24hr support about an issue over payment,and app issues..again! 5 times now,& not received 1 response. 3 emails.2 phone calls,& still eaiting. Appaling!!!!!!!!!!

So,funny think,I have problems loading the bingo room,every rooms refuse to load it froze at 94% sometimes 95% and some rare time at 99%,I was using Firefox and after I installed just for this issue Google Chrome,the same problem has arise.
I have contacting the live chat and they have only one solution for this issue, clear the cache of the browser and try again,done I was cleared the daily cache and the only difference was that I was logged out, I have entered again the bingo chat rooms try the room and surprise, the same issue, few days after I decided maybe its my adobe flash older,so I have downloaded a new version and I try to load the room,but the same result, 94% loaded,I try Chrome the same issue,I call on the phone their staff and they tell me something about my security protection or something,the guy speaks a very hard to understand English (sorry but I wont put this kind of people to have public relation ship,it was a native English hard for my ears),some minutes after I try to explain him what I use I get disconnected from the phone.
On my attempt to connect to this rooms I have used a live cd distribution of Linux, worked only after few Adobe Flash updates, this is not using cache I guess .
The website needs some repairs.
For an issue you can not give me only one choice, you have to provide me to a range of choices to connect to your website.

Hi. I’ve been complaining to customer services about “VIPs constantly winning big prizes, an example of one extremely “lucky VIP” winning 7 on one night. Did my own survey of abnormally going into the hall 4 evenings out of 8. He won over £3000 in that time on the electronic boards he has saved for him as part of his status of that VIP customer. There are over a dozen that over time, make a living from playing bingo and brag about it. 15 cards, 7 nights a week???? Money laundering that’s tbh being condoned at Mecca. Do Mecca even care that it’s the genuine players that’s being robbed? If I went into Ladbrokes and won with that regularity and amounts, I would be refused bets and barred from every shop. Why?
